Art Education

Students in the art education program must take the following general education requirements (32 credit hours): ENG 1100 or ENG 1101, ENG 1102; MTH 1550; HIS 1110 or HIS 1121 or HIS 1122; 3 additional credit hours in humanities in 2 disciplines; 6 credit hours from Social and Behavioral Sciences in 2 or more  disciplines; 6 credit hours from Natural and Physical Sciences in 2 disciplines; USS 1000; 1 credit hour HHP Activity.

All students must take the following major requirements: ART 1001, 1002, 1101, 1102, 1200, 1210, 2010, 2100, 2200, 2400, 3100, 4751 and 4752; ART 1320, ART 1421, ART 1422, ART 1523; EDU 2300, EDU 3262, EDU 3263, EDU 3264, EDU 3265, EDU 3266, EDU 3330, EDU 4491, EDU 4495; and twelve credits from the following: 1110, 1120, 1300, 2130, 2140, 3150, 3160
