  • Studies indicate that there is a positive correlation between living on campus and academic performance, as evidenced by higher GPAs among students who reside in campus housing.

  • Rise and shine! With a 10-minute walk to class, parking hassles are a thing of the past. Enjoy convenient access to the library, academic buildings, gymnasiums, the University Student Center, and the Wow Café.

  • Residing on campus offers students the advantage of enjoying complimentary cable TV, computer labs, and fast wireless internet access.

  • At Central State University, the safety and well-being of our residents is our top priority. Each residence hall is equipped with a team of trained professional and paraprofessional staff who live on-site and are readily available to provide assistance when needed.

  • Living on campus provides students with the opportunity to engage with peers from diverse cultural backgrounds, including international students. The friendships developed during these formative years often stand the test of time.

  • Living on campus provides students with a greater opportunity to engage in student organizations and develop strong leadership skills.
