How do I use the University ProCard and Travel Policy?

The University Travel Policy can be located via Central State University Policies and Procedures. The sections pertaining to University travel and the travel and business ProCards include the following:
- Policy No. 410 — Travel Rules, Regulations, and Guidelines
- Policy No. 410.1 — Travel Procedures
- Policy No. 511 — University Procurement Card
- Policy No. 511.1 — Procurement Card Procedures
What is the procurement card (ProCard)?
The ProCard was established by the Office of the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to execute procurement requests for University business related to travel, such as conference registration, hotel, meals, transportation (car rental and airfare), and fuel.

How can I reset my password?
- Visit centralstate.edu/info/marauder-information-technology.
- Scroll down and click "Microsoft self-service password reset and multi-factor authentication portal."
- Choose "Microsoft self-service password reset."
- Enter your full Central State University email address and complete the captcha.
- Choose "I forgot my password."
- Follow the prompts to set a new password.
- Wait approximately 30 minutes for the new password to replicate to all of the different systems. At some point during this time, you may be prompted to log back in to Outlook, Teams, or OneDrive. Use your new password to log in.
- After 30 minutes, open VPN AnyConnect and sign in with your new password.
- While still connected to the VPN, lock your computer by pressing the Windows Logo key in the bottom row of your keyboard between FN and Alt and the "L" at the same time. That will log your computer. Unlock the computer with your new password. All of your passwords should now be synced.

What is the Cisco AnyConnect VPN?
The Cisco AnyConnect VPN software allows you to access University network resources while you are away from the campus. Central State-owned PCs should already have this software installed. If you are on a non-Central State PC, download and install the software on your computer.
