Independence Day (No Classes, Offices Closed)

Central State University will be closed and all classes canceled on Friday, July 4, 2025, in observance of Independence Day.

This national holiday commemorates the adoption of the Declaration of Independence in 1776 and serves as a time to reflect on the ideals of freedom, democracy, and unity that continue to shape our nation.

As we honor this historic day, Central State University encourages our community to take time for celebration, reflection, and connection with family and friends.
