Central State University requires all students to complete SIX essential steps to start each semester. Residential students will not be cleared to move-in until all steps are completed. Commuter students will not have access to their learning management system (D2L) until all steps are completed.
The six Marauder Ready steps
- Register for classes
Residential students, athletes, and international students must be full-time with at least 12 credit hours. - Receive a room assignment, if living on campus
- Complete all immunizations and upload proof to MedProctor
- Submit a health insurance waiver, if waiving CSU student health insurance
- Receive financial aid package, if applied for Federal Student Aid
- Pay remaining Fall 2026 balance or create a payment plan
Important dates
- July 10 - Individual student bills post to accounts
- July 27 - Early student arrival begins. Students must be Marauder Ready to move in from 9 am-3 pm
- July 29 - Last day to create a four-payment plan for the Fall 2026 semester
- August 3 - First payment due on the four-payment plan for Fall 2026 semester
- August 5 - New students begin move-in from 9 am-3 pm
- August 8 - Continuing students begin move-in from 9 am-3 pm
- August 12 - Last day to enroll and be cleared as Marauder Ready
- August 13 - First day of classes
Understand your payment plan
The University provides options to divide your remaining Fall balance into payments. Through Nelnet, you can divide the balance into four equal payments or three equal payments. The four-payment plan begins August 3. The deadline to enroll is July 29.
