Each year, the Office of Admissions hosts in-person and virtual Student Orientation, Advising, and Registration (SOAR) events to introduce you to our programs and support services.

What to expect
- You will receive assistance with completing your SOAR checklist: housing application, course scheduling, financial aid requirements, setting up a payment plan, and more.
- Members of the Financial Aid Department will share the most recent updates on the status of financial aid eligibility.
- You will receive your class schedule, Marauder Card, and a free T-shirt.
- Take part in a campus tour, learn about campus resources available to students, meet incoming freshmen, and more.

Payment confirmation
To be eligible to attend SOAR, the Office of Admissions must have a record of your confirmation payment. Log in to your Slate Portal. Scroll down to Payment Due and click on “Submit Payment”.
