Central State welcomes Super Bowl MVP Santonio Holmes as wide receivers coach

Central State University is thrilled to welcome Super Bowl MVP and former NFL star Santonio Holmes to the Marauders football coaching staff. Holmes joins head coach Tony Carter’s team as the new wide receivers coach, bringing a championship mindset, elite experience, and a player-first approach to the Yard.
A standout at Ohio State University and a first-round NFL Draft pick, Holmes made his mark in the league with the Pittsburgh Steelers — most famously catching the game-winning touchdown in Super Bowl XLIII. His leadership and deep understanding of the wide receiver position will be a game-changer for Central State's rising program.
