Members of Central State University's MANRRS (Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources and Related Sciences) chapter recently attended this year's Farm Science Review in London, Ohio, one of the largest agricultural events in the region.

The field trip provided students with an exciting chance to explore the latest innovations in agriculture while engaging with industry leaders and professionals. From cutting-edge agricultural technology and equipment displays to educational exhibits showcasing the future of farming, students experienced firsthand the many facets of the agricultural industry.

The event offered countless opportunities to learn about emerging trends, career pathways, and advancements shaping the future of agriculture.

One of the highlights for the students was the opportunity to stop by the CSU Extension display booth and network with Extension educators. They also got to walk around and see agricultural professionals and industry representatives. Students made meaningful connections, discussed career opportunities, and gained valuable insight into the wide range of professions available in agriculture, natural resources, and related sciences. The networking opportunities reinforced the importance of professional engagement and relationship-building as the students prepare for their future careers.

Experiences like the Farm Science Review help CSU MANRRS members expand their knowledge beyond the classroom while developing the professional skills and connections that will serve them throughout their careers.
