Cheese Making

Andrea and John Hancock of Happy Wife Acres will present Cheese Making. Using common kitchen tools, they will make fresh mozzarella cheese from store-bought milk in about 45 minutes. Participants will watch the process as milk transforms into cheese, and then taste the cheese. Happy Wife Acres is an educational homestead focused on helping people become more self-sufficient and sustainable through videos, articles, apprenticeships, and in-person training. Happy Wife Acres raises chickens, ducks, guineas, rabbits, geese, and bees, and has been operating in the Fairborn community since 2017. Ages: 14+.
