Botanical Garden



Located on Central State University’s campus in Wilberforce, Ohio, the Seed to Bloom Botanical and Community Garden is part of the Central State University Agricultural Production Area. The garden provides an inviting space to interact with nature. Providing a unique stage for horticultural education in a collegiate atmosphere, the garden offers learning opportunities for Central State University students, local schools, and the greater community. Visitors are encouraged to use the garden to interact and learn about agriculture and natural resources.

The CSU Seed to Bloom Botanical and Community Garden is located at the intersection of US 42 E and Wilberforce-Switch Road across from the entrance to the university.

Homeschool families with children between the ages of five and 11 may participate with each theme-based session including an educational activity, interactive game and observation walk.
Participants should dress appropriately for the weather; families should provide water/snacks for their child(ren.) An adult must accompany child(ren) during the entire program.
Restrooms are available and stone paths provide access throughout the garden.
