To work from home, please access Central State online applications by clicking on the appropriate links below.

The Central State Information Technology (IT) department has provided specific campus users with special permissions to access critical core systems remotely. This is called VPN access. VPN access must be requested by your supervisor.
VPN is not needed for:- Outlook (email)
- Banner Self-Service (faculty, employees)
VPN is only needed for:
- Banner 9 production and test
- Accounts receivable
- Advancement
- Finance, including requisitions and grants
- Payroll
- Student information, including Admissions, Registration and Athletics compliance
- Financial Aid
- Jaguar
- Argos

Connect to the VPN before attempting to access Central State applications (e.g., Banner 9).

- CSU Office 365 Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Outlook (online email)
- OneDrive (online document storage and sharing)
- Teams (online team collaboration)

Your supervisor must submit a support ticket requesting VPN access for you.

Remote assistance is available but must be initiated by Central State IT staff via a support ticket.
