Wellness is so crucial to our physical and mental health. Nature provides many benefits to lift our spirits! Join us at the Garden to step into a manageable walking routine. For those not familiar with campus, we'll hike to CSU's Sunken Garden! Dress for the weather, wear comfotrable shoes and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
