This week’s speaker is Alauna Jones, program manager with the National Association of Student Affairs Professionals and executive director of ThriveHER Collective. A proud 2023 graduate of Central State University, Jones built a lasting legacy on campus as a student leader, Dancing Belle with the Invincible Marching Marauders, and member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

She earned a master’s degree in higher education administration/student affairs from Wright State University and now leads national student success initiatives within the Gates Foundation’s Advising Success Network. Through her nonprofit, ThriveHER Collective, she has created programs that empower girls and young women to rise as confident leaders, equipping them with tools for self-discovery, career readiness and mental wellness.
