Registration and Enrollment Clearance

GET ENROLLMENT CLEARED NOW!
Register between March 6 through March 31, 2023, before 5 p.m. to reserve your spot in your preferred class and avoid your late registration fee of $300. Registering after April 7, 2023, will result in a late registration fee of $300. Meet with your Undergraduate Student Success Academic Advisor or your College Faculty Advisor to register for classes! Refer to the frequently asked questions section below for basic inquiry.


ENROLLMENT CLEARANCE PROCESS for SUMMER / FALL 2023
Check your EAB Navigate account for your To Do’s Checklist to get Enrollment Cleared. 


Steps to get Enrollment Cleared


1)  Complete your To Do’s Checklist (EAB Navigate account)
Students must complete the To Do Checklist located in their EAB Navigate account (i.e., Register for classes, Meet with Financial Aid, etc.). Please watch the video on how to complete and submit your application. Remember to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the application.





The Navigate login instructions are listed below.

Navigate Login Steps:

> Go to Navigate.centralstate.edu.
> Login with your student account information (Central State University email and password).
> FINISH your To-Dos by clicking on View Details next to each To-Do.

> SUBMIT your online Enrollment Clearance Application by clicking on View Details.


 
2) Submit Your Enrollment Clearance Application
After registering for classes and completing the To Do’s Checklist, students must submit the Enrollment Clearance Application to initiate the Enrollment Clearance Process. Please watch the video on how to complete and submit your enrollment clearance application. Remember to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the application.


 

3)  Receive Status Updates from Offices

Offices will send communication via email to students informing them of their status. Responses will follow the sequence below. Approval must be received from the preceding office before communication starts with the next office. The Office of the Registrar will inform students of the final Enrollment Cleared Status.


 


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


What if my academic advisor or faculty advisor is not available?

Submit a copy of the email sent to your advisor requesting to schedule your appointment at the Office of Financial Aid. Please make sure your email address and date are visible.

Do I have to enroll full-time?
Yes. You must have 12 credit hours.


Do I have to complete the 2023-2024 FAFSA?
Yes, the completion of the 2023-2024 FAFSA is required.

When will the money get added to my account?
The funds will be applied to eligible student accounts at the beginning of the fall 2023 semester.
