Each year, the Office of Admissions hosts in-person and virtual Student Orientation, Advising, and Registration (SOAR) events to introduce you to our programs and support services. Use the dates below to determine which SOAR session is right for you.
Fall 2024
May 18: John W. Garland College of Engineering, Science, Technology, and Agriculture; athletes; band and choir
June 15: College of Education
June 22: College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences; transfer students
July 13: Undecided majors; those who missed the previous SOAR dates
July 20: Virtual session for international students only

Payment Confirmation
To be eligible to attend SOAR, the Office of Admissions must have a record of your confirmation payment. Log in to your Slate Portal. Scroll down to Payment Due and click on “Submit Payment”
