Students present research at 2024 Undergraduate Research and Scholarly Activities Day

About 50 students participated in the 2024 Undergraduate Research and Scholarly Activities Day held April 19, making oral and poster presentations on a wide variety of scientific studies ranging from soil carbon sequestration to stress levels in pollinator honeybees to body analysis for obesity prevention. 

Upon recommendations of faculty judges, two students were awarded $250 each for their oral presentations while three poster presenters received $100 each.
