Hello, members of the Invincible Marching Marauders Marching Band! We have an impressive schedule planned for this academic year and look forward to performing lots of new music. Our potential is unlimited. You are going to be amazing; your audiences are going to love you, and you're going to have great fun! You will need to complete all the required forms and then email them as soon as possible. Talk to your friends and ask them if they have sent in their forms. Check your MYCSU email as well. Information forms are due June 1, 2020.
This year the 2020 Invincible Marching Marauder Band will be performing at The Black College Hall of Fame Bowl in Canton, Ohio. When you have completed your school registration and band information packet, you will receive your music folder and drill packet on site. Please bring that to rehearsal.
Your drill packet will contain our daily schedule. Please plan for band orientation immediately after you check in your residence hall. All freshmen students are to report to the Paul Robeson Cultural and Performing Arts Center, Recital Hall promptly, on Saturday, August 8, 2020, at noon for camp registration. You will receive your CSU Practice Gear during this time. University Band instruments are available upon request; please see the Band office for more information. You will also need to purchase your band warm-up, T-shirt, etc. before registration. The cost for your practice gear and rehearsal items will be One hundred and twenty-five dollars ($125.00). However, all other items will be available through our preferred vendor. The IMM Leadership Team will also in on Friday, August 7, 2020.

All Band members will receive a camp schedule at registration. For now, plan to have rehearsal each day from 7 am- 9 pm. Here are some tentative dates you need to know now:
Items Needed for Camp
You will need to bring your band shorts, White tee shirt, black combat boots (no sandals), socks, hat, sunscreen, water jug, Hand Towel, instrument (in excellent playing condition), mouthpiece, supplies like reeds and valve oil, and a HUGE desire to achieve excellence and HAVE FUN!!!
Percussion will be receiving additional information regarding your rehearsal schedule, please practice the exercises and come prepared to audition for your desired position on our drumline. Be aware that in the past, we have not been able to place every student who auditioned into the percussion section. It is your responsibility to prepare for success.
ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS WHO QUALIFY FOR WORK STUDY! We have a few openings for student work-study positions in the band office. If you are interested, email me as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org.
