How to Get a Marauder Card

All persons applying for a Marauder Card must come to the Marauder Card Office in person and present proper identification for card issuance unless otherwise specified. Please be aware that a card fee may apply.

Incoming Students ยท Full time students

All incoming Freshmen and Student Transfers will have their photos taken during their registration and receive their Marauder Cards on the spot. Students MUST present a picture ID (valid driver's license, State ID card, Military ID, or Passport) before their photos can be taken.

Graduates and Professional Class Students

Graduate and Professional students may obtain their Marauder Cards during the first week of the semester, after they have been registered for classes at the University, at the Marauder Card Office. You will receive your ID Card immediately after your photo is taken. Professional classes will have their ID Cards made at scheduled times which are coordinated through the Marauder Card Office by your department coordinator. Students MUST present a picture ID (valid driver's license, State ID card, Military ID, or Passport) before their photos can be taken. Please note, for Part-Time Graduate Students who do not pay full student fees there will be a $25 card fee.

Faculty & Staff

All Faculty and permanent Staff may obtain a Marauder Card in person at the Marauder Card Office when all information (HR, PID assignment & Payroll) has been processed by Employee Records.

Once you have been issued the PID# AND entered into the University's Human Resources database the Marauder Card Office can issue your ID Card. You MUST present a valid driver's license, Military ID, or Passport before your ID Card Photo can be taken. If you are not sure what the status of your paperwork is contact your HR Facilitator, or call the Marauder Card Office at 376-6064 to see if you are in the system yet. If you are not sure whether or not you have a PID call the Marauder Office at 376-6064.

Temporary Employees

Temporary employees of the University (any temp on University Payroll working 40 hours a week) may obtain a Marauder Card. You will need to come to the Marauder Card Office in person with the following:

Temporary Employees must present a picture ID (valid driver's license, State ID card, Military ID, or Passport) before their photos can be taken.

Temporary Employees MUST have a PID (assigned by Human Resources) before they can apply for an ID Card. As a Temporary Employee, your ID Card may be used for library privileges.   Part Time temps will only be issued Marauder Cards if the reason for having it is job related (i.e. library research, access to buildings).
All other Groups Affiliated with the University

Any other group affiliated with the University may coordinate the issuance of Marauder Cards through the Marauder Card office on an individual basis. Please contact the Marauder Card Office at 937-376-6064 for more information or e-mail us at maraudercard@centralstate.edu.
