In order to meet your campus dining needs, we have designed the following meal plans for the 2007-2008 academic year. If you need to purchase a meal plan, or
if you would like to make a change to the plan you have
already selected, simply contact Gregory Nelson, General
Manager, at 937-376-6125 or visit The Residence Life
office, located in Foundation Hall, or call 937-376-6107.
The 19 Meal Plan
This meal plan has been designed for students who are
looking for great value. This plan allows you to enjoy all 19
meals available in the Mercer Marketplace each week, as
well as the Meal Exchange available at the Ward Center.
The 14 Meal Plan
*Only open to Juniors and Seniors
With this plan, you can enjoy up to 14 of the 19 meals that are
offered in the Mercer Marketplace or during Meal
Exchange times at the Ward Center.
Block meal plans
*Available to Commuters, Faculty & Staff only
Block meal plans offer you the freedom to eat whichever meals you choose on campus throughout the semester. No matter what your schedule or lifestyle, you can enjoy any combination of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals.
You’re welcome to use your meals at the Ward University Center or Mercer Marketplace. And remember - Mercer Marketplace is an all-you-care-to-eat facility. For the cost of a combo meal at a fast food restaurant (or even less!), you can select from hot entrées, a salad bar, pizza, grilled sandwiches, desserts and more!

Meal Card
Selection of a Campus Dining Services Meal Plan entitles you to a Meal Card, which allows you purchasing power equivalent to the plan you have selected. Here is how it works: Depending on your meal plan choice, you will have either 14 or 19 meals available each week. Everyone is required to present their valid Marauder Card each time they enter the dining hall. Please be aware that your Marauder Card is for your use only. This means that dining service privileges may not be transferred or loaned to another person. If someone else is discovered using your card, the card will be seized and forwarded to Campus Security. Your dining privileges may be suspended or revoked at the discretion of Central State University.
Lost or Stolen Meal Cards
Lost or stolen Meal Cards can be replaced. Should this happen to you , report it immediately to the Residence Life office, located in Foundation Hall, or call 937.376.6107.
Important Info
Seconds Policy
You never have to be too shy to ask for seconds with our Campus Dining Program. Our generous policy allows for a second helping of many menu favorites. All you have to do is ask! Please note, however, that there are some exceptions to our Seconds Policy on Special Theme Nights.
