CSU Open House
Central State University will host an Open House for high school students that have been admitted to the University for the fall and their families on April 12, 2014.
The Open House is designed to give you a closer look at the academic programs offered by the University. You will have the opportunity to view our beautiful campus and meet with current students, faculty, and university officials.

9:00am Registration - Paul Robeson Cultural and Performing Art Center, Foyer
All high school students should register and receive a program booklet and an application. Students that registered prior to the event need to be checked-in on the registration list. Students that did not register need to complete a registration card. All students will receive a book bag.
10:00am Welcome - Paul Robeson Cultural and Performing Arts Center, Auditorium
- Welcome from student host
- Remarks from President Cynthia Jackson-Hammond
- National Pan Hellenic Council Presentation
10:30am Academic College Visit - Various Locations
Students will be escorted by the tour guides and the Academic College of their choosing. Students and Parents should have the opportunity to speak with the Deans, Chairs and Faculty of each college.
11:30am Lunch - Norman E. Ward Sr. University Center, Ballroom
Lunch provided by Sodexho Catering Service. Greeting From Interim the Vice President of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management. Followed by a student panel. Student Life Information Tables
1:00pm Campus Tour - Various Locations
Provided by the Tour Guides. All tour will visit the Residence Hall.
2:00pm Closing - Paul Robeson Cultural and Performing Art Center, Auditorium
Closing remarks from the Enrollment Specialist/Admissions Office. Financial Aid and Admissions will be available immediately after.
