Free Tuition for Eligible In-State Students

Incoming Freshmen who are Ohio Residents and who are eligible to receive the Federal Pell Grant are eligible to receive the CSU Freshmen Access Grant in the amount of $2500, which combined with the Ohio College Opportunity Grant and the full Federal Pell Grant, covers the cost of tuition at Central State University.
