1) Please send all high school and college / university transcripts and printed application forms to:

Because an admissions decision cannot be made until all transcripts and test scores are submitted, it is in your best interest to provide these materials as soon as possible.
2) A non-refundable $20 fee (cashier’s check or money order) must accompany your application. Write your name and Social Security number directly on the money order.
3) Applications for admissions to fall semester are considered until an academic major or college is filled. However, because many programs fill up quickly, we recommend that you apply early in order to ensure admissions consideration.
