Parking Permits

How to obtain a general parking permit:

Online – Go to and “click” the drop down menu arrow, and then select the “Parking Permit” application in the “Make a One-Time Payment” section.

Complete the application, and choose the desired payment option (credit, debit or ACH check).

Take a copy of the completed permit to Cash Management one business day after your order.

In person – Go to Cash Management with the completed parking permit application form that is accessible at or at Cash Management.

Payroll deduction (Faculty & Staff only) – complete the parking permit application form accessible at or at Cash Management. The completed form must be delivered to Cash Management to acquire your parking decal.

Where to pick up your parking permit:


All parking permits are to be picked up at Cash Management in Newsom Administration Building between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

You must present your valid driver’s license in order to pick up your parking permit.


Reserved parking:

  • If you want to renew your reserved parking space, you need to do so no later than Sept. 6, or you will lose it.
  • If you have a general parking permit but would like to upgrade to a reserved space, email with your name and the specific space number(s) you desire.  As reserved spaces become available, they will be offered to those who made the earliest requests to .
