Football
The
Central State University Foundation, a not-for-profit corporation,
manages the private gifts to the University. A 15-member board
of directors governs the Foundation. The board includes members
of the alumni community, business and philanthropic community,
and university administration.
Currently, the Foundation manages more than two
million dollars in gifts including endowed gifts. These funds
comprise of more than 150 accounts, which directly support and
services to the students, faculty and staff of Central State
University. It receives and manages all private funds raised
by the University from more than 925 donors annually. Gifts
to the University and Foundation take many forms including cash,
securities, real
estate, and planned gifts such
as charitable remainder trusts, gift annuities, charitable lead
trusts, and bequests.
