ARTICLE VII. MEETINGS

Section 1. Types of Meetings (General Alumni Association)

  1. There shall be two types of regular meetings.
    1. The Annual Meeting, under the direction of the Board of Directors.
    2. Homecoming Meeting.
  2. Other meetings may be called by the President, a majority of the Board
    of Directors or 10 financial members.

Section 2. Quorum.

Two Elected Officers and ten voting members shall constitute a quorum at all meetings of The Association.
