Alumni Chapters of this Association may be established upon the
petition of five members in a city or town of the proposed organization.
The Board of Directors shall determine the fee for Chapter Charters in The Association.
Section 2. Participation
All Chapters, in order to remain active and participate in all activities of
The Association must make an annual contribution to the General
Alumni Association.
The amount of the annual chapter contribution shall be recommended
by the Budget and Finance Committee, approved by the Board of
Directors and ratified by the members present at the Annual Meeting.
All Chapters shall be governed by the Constitution of The
Association.
All Chapters shall financially support the programs and initiatives of
The Association.
