DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Teach assigned classes in Management and Marketing.

·        Advises students in the Management and Marketing Options.

·        Serve on assigned college and university committees.

·        Maintain appropriate documents in support of classroom teaching and student advising.

·        Seek grants in support of departmental programs.

·        Participate in faculty professional development.

·        Participate in scholarly research in the area of academic expertise.

·        Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFYING FACTORS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

·        Master’s Degree in Management required, Ph.D. preferred.

·        Be willing and available to teach days, evenings or week-ends at alternative (off-campus) locations.

·        Possess outstanding communication skills (both oral and written).

·        Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

·        Possess superior interpersonal skills.

·        Previous work experience at a managerial level in corporate, non-profit or government organization strongly desired.
