DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Recruitment of academically qualified student athletes who can compete at the NCAA II level.

·        On court coaching.

·        Direct, supervise and evaluate volleyball program.

·        Daily team practices.

·        Scheduling matches.

·        Team travel including weekends.

·        Pre and post-season conditioning.  

·        Budget

QUALIFYING FACTORS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

·        Participated and/or coached volleyball at the college level.

·        Knowledge of Central State University Academic Policies and NCAA rules and regulations.

·        Good communication skills.

·        Must have a good working knowledge of the game of volleyball.

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
