Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M.

Purchasing Tips

• Signed purchase orders are required
• List all of the following product information: model numbers, colors, quantities, product descriptions, and purchase price
• Include freight/ shipping charges on requisitions.
• Budget modifications should be completed and funds in place prior to requisition submittal.
• Consulting agreements require a tax identification number and should be submitted in triplicate on the revised form dated April 2002.
• Please include any contract numbers if applicable
• Please include contact person's name and phone number to answer any question.
• When purchasing, furniture, delivery and set-up charges should be included.
