the Human Resources Department introduce the NEW Public Records Request for Human Resources Information Form. We are asking that when requesting public information from The Human Resources Department, please complete this form and email or scan it to the Outlook email address “HR”. You may also submit the form in hard copy to the Human Resources Office, or via fax.
