Mailroom Operations Guidelines

Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday, 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M.

General cutoff times:

UPS: routine pick-up at mailroom is 10:00 A.M.
U.S. Postal Service: daily pick-up is 3:30 P.M.

International Parcels

International parcels must have the declaration document when the parcel is larger than an envelope of greater than one pound. mailing permits, signed by an authorized representative, are required for all parcels.
