Join Dr. Karen Townsend for an interactive session that will allow participants to learn The Five Stages of Team Development, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, and most importantly, strategies for making your team "Highly Effective." Whether a team member or a team leader, YOU play a role in your team's success.
