Our excellent meeting and event venues will make your event a success by providing you with first-class facilities and exceptional service.  From beginning to end Central State University Conference Services will work with you to manage every detail of your event with solutions focused specifically to meet your needs.

 

Multi-Purpose Room: Seats up to 200 people with tables.  Seats up to 250 people with out the tables.  Example of events held in this room:

  • Wedding Receptions
  • Baby Showers
  • Church Anniversaries
  • Retirement Events
  • Dances
  • Anniversaries
  • Civic Events
  • Organizational Meetings
  • Fraternity and Sorority Events
  • Chamber of Commerce Events
  • County Meetings

Cost: $300 for 1- 4 hours

 


 

Auditorium: Seats up to 100 people with round tables.  Seats up to 150 without tables.  Example events include:

  • Workshops
  • Conferences
  • Smaller Receptions
  • Smaller Baby Showers
  • Aerobic Events
  • Academic Tutoring Sessions

*Cost: $175 for 1-4 hours

 


 

Classroom: Seats up to 50 people.  Rooms can may be arranged to fit presentation needs.

  • Computer training workshops (up to 20 computers)
  • Workshops
  • Conferences

*Cost: $75.00 for 1-4 hours
