"Girl Go Get Yo Stuff: A journey of Self-Discovery and Restoration"

Sonseeahray Ross is a women's empowerment coach teaching principles of personal growth, self-preservation, and newness. No stranger to mistakes or life's trials; after releasing her first book, life dealt her a series of blows sending her awayfrom the very words she wrote. She had gone to the lowest place she had ever been in life waking up one day to realize the life she knew and all she hadknown was no more. She entered 4 D's of life: Debt, Depression, Divorce andeventually Deliverance.  Unable to handle all of this, she went into alonely place.  She went from a woman who had everything to a woman that had nothing; A woman who had love to a woman that had no one; A woman who had focus to a woman that did not know what to do each day; A woman who had money to a woman that could not pay her bills; A woman who always smiled to a woman that could not stop crying.   Determined to get back to the life she had known, she began a treacherous journey of restoration only to find herself needing both personal and spiritual growth. Along her journey, God spoke to her spirit letting her know "all her needs would be met". God kept and exceeded His promise. Following this journey she was positioned to share her story and be an inspiration to others. A resounding thing she likes to say is; I am thankful for not only second but third chances. In this workshop, participants will learn the true meaning of SELF-DISCOVERY and going after what life has for them despite obstacles, challenges and set backs. Participants will learn the understanding of accepting and owning personal stages in life while focusing on uplifting self and achieving goals.
