We are created with a purpose and our lives should be driven with that purpose in mind. We all have the power to make an impact and the resources to produce greatness and it is indeed time that we step up in our households, step out into our communities, and step over adversity. Women must appreciate their self identity. The 21st century is lacking Renaissance woman, therefore, we must create and become exactly what we think we are lacking.
Clarece M Darden, Dayton, Ohio! Expect the Great! This energetic and virtuous woman with a passion for people is a graduate of Trotwood Madison High School. Clarece studied Criminal Justice at Tennessee State University, Miami University Ohio and most recently Real Estate at Hondros College in Ohio. Clarece is successfully employed with the State of Ohio Department of Rehabilitation & Corrections in Human Resources and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Sibcy Cline Realtors. Staying busy with the desire to serve the country and local community Clarece is a Flight Medical Logistician with the United States Air Force Reserve, and the Founder and Executive Director of Women of Wisdom Inc, and the Pretty Girls Rock Program. She is an active Member of the National Association of Realtors and Dayton Area Board of Realtors and a member of the Professional Leaders of Women and Girls based in Atlanta, Ga.Clarece has a passion for crime prevention, offender rehabilitation and rebuilding families and communities. Using her experience and training she is also a member of the Miami Valley Crime Prevention Association, and a Member of the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice. Clarece, a certified instructor for the State of Ohio is a facilitator of the “Thinking for a Change” program, and works on the Critical Incident Stress Management Team. Her most recent accomplishments include making history as the 1st Dayton Ohio Women of Influence Rising Star, to be awarded by the YWCA in March 2013, being the opening speaker for the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice 25th anniversary conference, Co- Founding the Raise the Bar program for young men at the Dayton Dunbar High School with her fiancé, Developing the growing Relationships Enhancement group “Check your Connection” with partners and the continuation of growth of the Women of Wisdom Dayton and its impact on the Greater Dayton area. Clarece enjoys making time to invest in the success and development of young adults. Clarece’s hobbies include coaching cheerleading, dancing, an array of community service, program implementation and doing work for the Lord. Clarece is engaged to be married June 8, 2013 to Gerald Q Richardson, an accomplished Market Manager for Sherwin Williams.
