Central State Athletics Well Represented at Graduation

The 2008 graduating class of
Central
State
University
saw over 40 student-athletes walk across the stage to receive their diplomas. These student-athletes represented 20 percent of the graduates.
Christopher Clark, a member of the football team received honors as the Class Scholar with the highest GPA amongst the graduating class.
Clark
graduated with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
Nine of the former student-athletes graduated with honors, they included: Charmone Adams, Men’s Basketball, DeShawnda Bailey, Women’s Track and Field, Latonya Crowder, Women’s Basketball, Tiffanie Jones, Women’s Basketball and Tennis, Taya Kid, Women’s Basketball, Amos Nsengimana,
