Welcome to the Center of Excellence in STEM and STEM Education (STEM-X-ED) web page of Central State University.  The mission of the STEM-X-ED is to increase the number of undergraduate students from underrepresented groups who earn degrees in STEM and STEM Education by providing:

• Internship and Undergraduate Research Experience
• Research, Graduate and Professional School Preparation
• Professional Development Seminars
• Tutoring
• DoD Scholars Summer Bridge Program

If you wish to discuss circumstances and options related to your individual needs with a member of our staff, we are available to speak with you on a one-on-one basis by stopping by the Center of Excellence in STEM and STEM Education (STEM-X-ED) anytime during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

The STEM-X-ED Academic Learning Center is located in Jenkins Hall, Room 123.
