Mr. Andre Sanders
Andre Sanders is the Director of Research and Evaluation for Thurgood Marshall College Fund. He joined TMCF in August 2014 and is responsible for recruiting top talent from TMCF’s member schools for various TMCF programs, overall operational effectiveness of TMCF’s talent management systems as well as data collection and its impact on strategy for TMCF Programs.
Andre attended Emory University where he received a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sociology in August 2006. He also earned a Certificate in Advanced Marketing Research Techniques from the DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business in November 2010. Andre has spent the majority of his career as an Analyst in both the Marketing Research and Gaming industries. In addition, he has spent some time as a Career Services Representative, a role where he connected graduates of a medical college with employers. One thing that has always interested Andre is the methodology behind calculating and predicting human behavior. Andre is very excited to bring his expertise in analytics to TMCF and takes pleasure in providing an innovative approach to acquiring the best talent from TMCF’s member schools.
