LEED

Leaders, Executives, Entrepreneurs, and Directors Program

LEED is an annual program presented by the Central State University College of Business to promote a networking environment for the students. Leaders, Executives, Entrepreneurs, and Directors convey their practical and substantive knowledge with the schools most prized assets, our students.

The 2017 LEED focus is on leadership, technology, and precision.

Through leadership training we will instill in our students a quest to make leading a priority and not an option.  We want them to gain practical experience in planning, teamwork, making decision, and business operations.  This approach is all inclusive and enables the students to hear the successes of others that they can emulate.

The attempt to augment this experience with technology is needed as a result of the fierce global competition.  The introduction to virtualization is not new to many.  However many of us have never looked to understand the rules that govern the dissemination of information.  The LEED program will address this exposure this year with a review of some the legislation that is paramount to successfully creating, keeping, and disseminating information.

Finally, the effectiveness of the organization is a reflection of its ability to create and deliver with precision.  The program will establish what effective execution is and provide an interactive experience with the students so that they will acquire a new found skill of delivering according to the organizational objectives

Precision, Leadership, and Technology are subjects integrated into the program, however we wish to train leaders that are more flexible, inquisitive, and innovative to take on the daily activities of a successful business.
