Student Success Plan

Management Option

Management is about obtaining results primarily through people, and this is a broad-based degree option that can lead to many career opportunities. This curriculum emphasizes general education requirements and offers a solid foundation in core business principles and fundamentals. Management majors also have the opportunity to participate in the Black Executive Exchange Program (BEEP) which closes the gap between classroom experiences and the real world of work, preparing students to navigate the employment maize and develop career strategies. Students are encouraged to take advantage of internship opportunities to enhance skills and marketability. Historically, graduates have had multiple job offers with a choice of locations and starting salaries.
