The Colonel Young scholarship is a Central State University scholarship that is provided to the Professor of Military Science to allow the Army ROTC program to be able to award to prospective cadets that wish to attend the university.  This scholarship is given to students that wish to attend the Central State University as a cadet.  Those wishing to apply for this scholarship should contact the Central State ROTC program.
