  1. A copy of child’s last report card
  2. An instrument to practice on
  3. Attendance at the Mandatory Orientation Meeting on Wednesday, August 18th @ 7:00 P.M. Parents must attend. Children are encouraged to participate in the instrument petting zoo and a family tour of the facility.
