The Program in Mathematics and Computer Science offers excellent undergraduate access to computer facilities. The Banneker Science Hall, in which the program is located, has installed a Digital Equipment Corporation VAX 11/4000 computer exclusively for student and faculty use. The program also has three-microcomputer laboratories containing IBM compatible microcomputers.

The Computer Science Program has computer facilities, such as the networking and parallel processing laboratory, general computer science laboratories, computer literacy PC laboratory, and a VAX academic computer.

Mathematics has excellent instructional facilities including electronic classroom and mathematics laboratory, graphic calculators and overhead projection systems, and software systems such as SPSS and Mathematica.
