2019 W-2 Available January 27

Central State University Employees:

Your 2019 W-2 will be available online on January 27, 2020, through the ADP W-2 Services.

If you registered last year, 2018, there is no need to register again, use the same credentials you used to access your 2018 W-2. 

For those of you who are new to the University and did not register last year, the instructions to register with our W-2 provider, ADP W-2 Services, are below. By registering, you will be able to access your W-2 forms 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

How to Register on ADP W-2 Services

Follow the instructions on the screen 

1.     Go to https://my.adp.com

2.     Enter in your First Name

3.     Enter in your Last Name

4.     Enter the last four numbers of your Social Security Number

5.     Enter your Birthdate

6.     Click “Register Now”.

7.     Enter the Registration Pass Code which is: CUI1

8.     Enter your Name and select W-2 Services as the Service.

9.     The following information is required for validation purposes:

§  Your Full Social Security Number

§  Your Employee ID #   

§  Company Code       RQD  

§  Your Zip Code (not the University Zip Code)

§  Tax Year     2019


You will be prompted to complete a registration process during which you will select a unique password.  Your password must contain between 8 to 20 characters, at least one alpha, and one numeric character. Additionally, you will be assigned a system-generated User ID.  Once you have completed the registration process, you should “Bookmark” or “Add to your Favorites” the new URL, https://my.adp.com.

CSU Extension Offers Free Meeting and Conference Room Space to Small Businesses

To spur entrepreneurship and promote economic development, Central State University Extension is offering free meeting space to local businesses and community groups. Beginning January 2020, small businesses and community organizations can rent space for free at Central State University-Xenia, 336 Progress Dr., Xenia, OH 45385.
