Central State University operates on a semester system. Although we encourage you to start in the fall, you can apply for any semester that is convenient to you. You may complete an application online or in person. We encourage you to attend Walk-In-Wednesday from 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. each week at the Dayton, Ohio location.

Get a first-hand experience on attending Central State University, “Where Leaders are Creating Change.” Officials from the Offices of Admissions and Financial Aid will provide information on how you can become a part of the Marauder family. Our student tour guides will share the rich history and campus life of CSU as you explore the campus. Tours are given Monday through Friday at 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., and 2:00 p.m. We ask that you please schedule your tour two weeks in advance by contacting our Campus Tours Office at 937-376-6162 or at Tour@centralstate.edu.
Central State University offers a complete educational, cultural, and social experience. Whatever your interests, you will find a group, an organization, an activity, or a program that will appeal to you at CSU. We have many extracurricular activities and leadership opportunities that provide students with out-of-class learning opportunities to enhance their college experience.
These student organizations are classified under six categories: academic, business, special interest, religious, honorary, and Greek letter organizations. The Office of the Student Life & Development, in conjunction with the Student Government Association's Inter-organization Committee, monitors the recognized student organizations activities.
