This is for the Athletic Department only. We would like at least a TWO-WEEK advance notice.
Once your request is received, you will be contacted by Public Relations. A consultation may be required.
Based on your needs and our department’s workload, a deadline will be negotiated.
Please send any necessary word documents or pdf to Graphic Designer (NJehn@centralstate.edu ) after you submit this form.
